Seoul High Court assigns appeals by Yoon, others over martial law rulings

The Seoul High Court on Monday launched special appellate panels to handle appeals in major cases stemming from the Dec. 3, 2024, martial law declaration, including those involving former President Yoon Suk Yeol and other convicted senior officials.
